Franchise options across India. We are looking for Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities :
- 1) Review resumes and applications.

2) Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring
process.

3) Follow-up of confirmation records statutory obligations- PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity,
LTA, bonus, etc.

4) Preparation of salary statement, Handling the full and final settlement of the
employees.

5) Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license,
shop, and establishment license labor law and record information on a timely basis.

6) Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip,
leave encashment, and full and final settlements.

7) Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- 8) Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
- 9) Ensuring franchisee expansion targets are delivered.
Responsibilities & Experience :
- 1) Should have well personally experience working in Sales.
- 2) Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.

3) Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement,
and implement them.
- 4) Should have experience in B2B sales.
- 5) Min 3 years of experience in sales
- 6) Master degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7) Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
